I'm ready to try Haia — what equipment do I need?

To get started with Haia, we suggest some basic equipment for a variety of our classes:

  • Exercise/yoga mat

  • 2 sets of light weight, suggestion: 1-3 lbs.

  • Mini bands (light, medium, or heavy)

  • Sliders

  • Small Pilates Ball

  • Ankle Weights (always optional)

However, most of our classes can be done with minimal or no equipment, making it easy to begin wherever you are.

Can I buy my subscription through the Haia App?
